Timelines are a great way for students to summarize events in history or retell a story. Wixie makes creating timelines fun with Mind Map templates, movable text symbols with easy connectors, and powerful imaging tools. 

From All About Me timelines to historical figures to events in a story, timelines are a great way for students to organize and sequence information.

Select a blank mind map or choose one of the timeline templates. 

Select each symbol to type dates or events. Use the pink connector handle to connect the dates and events. 

Use the Image button on the toolbar to find and add pictures. 

A student's timeline will reflect the quantity and complexity of the information and ideas they are sharing.

As students build skills using Mind Maps, have them extend their work to include images, videos, and talkies for each event in the timeline.
